Senior Partnerships Manager – Technology

Requirements

• MBA or JD preferred
• 10+ years of partner development and/or partner management experience
• Demonstrated experience leading large, complex partnerships in the eCommerce industry

Responsibilities

• Devise and execute a cohesive strategy with each partner in their portfolio, focused on product engagement, customer acquisition and revenue growth.
• Acquire deep knowledge of each partner’s vision, objectives and products, enabling them to identify growth opportunities, anticipate partner needs and resolve pain points. Additionally, proactively identify and onboard net new strategic partners to expand market reach and drive revenue growth.
• Coordinate training and onboarding of new partners; communicate the partnership’s value proposition internally in order to accelerate time to value.
• Own all facets of the partner success process, devising joint business plans, conducting quarterly business reviews and investing in continuous improvement and optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across product, engineering, marketing, sales, customer success, finance and legal to execute the best possible partnerships.
• Adopt a data-driven approach to the business, focused on leading indicators, and take intelligent risks based on the data.
• Become a trusted advisor to their portfolio of partners through consistent communication, data- and industry-driven insights and superior execution.
