Responsibilities
- Lead and evolve talent planning initiatives, including succession planning, workforce planning, and promotion readiness, aligned with Talent Reviews and feedback cycles.
- Design talent assessment processes to identify critical roles and top talent, working closely with the People Programs team.
- Develop action plans for high-potential talent and roles at risk of attrition, while building robust talent pipelines.
- Collaborate on the evolution of talent philosophies around internal mobility, pay-for-performance, and other strategic areas.
- Stay current on industry best practices and emerging trends in talent management and organizational development.
- Integrate diversity, equity, and inclusion principles into talent planning initiatives.
- Assess organizational structures, processes, and systems to identify opportunities for increased effectiveness.
- Partner with PBPs and business leaders to guide investments using org design principles.
