Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5 to 7 years of Operations Management experience
- Investment operations and fund administration experience
- Experience with reporting and analytics to support cross-functional teams
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Ability to develop and manage internal and external relationships
- Strong communication skills both oral and written
- Superior organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience in participating/leading projects regarding process improvement initiatives
- Analytical mindset with the ability to work with data and numbers
- Intermediate level experience in MS Excel (pivot tables/look ups/formulas)
Responsibilities
- Establish and enhance the oversight framework to satisfy adherence to regulatory requirements and investment guidelines
- Build out a consistent approach in monitoring outsourced services (internal and external)
- Work closely with vendors and cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulations
- Participate in projects which may include the launch of new funds, series, and programs as well as compliance-related initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience with operational governance and Canadian regulatory compliance
- Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) a plus
- Experience with SQL query language a plus
