Requirements
- 3+ years of related experience in Treasury Management Service or similar field.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
- Intermediate knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services.
- Intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
- Intermediate working knowledge of various word processing and spreadsheet software.
- Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage and execute daily operational tasks to facilitate payments distribution (e.g., monitor 30-day pre-distribution sprints, including key operational actions such as payment platform testing and validating data from clients).
- Correspond with select clients (typically the class action claims administrator). Drafting and/or sending emails that will include items such as timelines, messaging approval, payment summary, etc. with reference to templates.
- Develop and institute processes and policies in areas of operations.
- Implement policies and strategies to improve productivity and efficiency levels.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
