Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Engineering, Telcom, or a related domain. Advanced degrees or certifications are advantageous.
- Proven experience (8-10 years) as a Program Manager with expertise in handling Enterprise Network programs, having a fair knowledge on one or more of the following domains: Cisco, Juniper, or Arista network devices; Next-gen firewalls and security controls, SDWAN implementation; Network scripting/automation tools (Python, Ansible, REST APIs).
- Proven experience managing complex multi-vendor network environments.
- Strong understanding of ITIL practices, network maintenance, Change and Problem management.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of network infrastructure programs.
- Manage cross-functional teams comprising network engineers, security architects, automation developers, and operations staff.
- Drive large-scale network transformations involving technologies such as: Routing (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP), Switching (LAN/WAN, VLANs, STP), Firewalls (Palo Alto, F5, Fortinet), Software Defined Networking (Cisco ACI, VMware NSX, SD-WAN), Network automation (Ansible, Python, Terraform).
- Develop detailed program roadmaps, timelines, and milestones aligned with business goals.
- Oversee vendor engagements, contract negotiations, and SLA management.
- Define and track KPIs and OKRs for project performance, risk management, and issue resolution.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and policies across the program.
- Identify potential risks within your domain(s) and develop mitigation plans to address them. Proactively resolve issues that arise during project execution to ensure smooth delivery.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication at executive and technical levels, ensuring alignment and transparency.
- Implement and enforce quality assurance processes within your domain(s) to maintain high standards of project delivery.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback, conducting lessons learned sessions, and implementing best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, PRINCE2, or PgMP certification preferred.
- Cisco certifications (e.g., CCNP) are a strong plus.
- Experience with Agile or hybrid project management methodologies is advantageous.
