Requirements
- Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience.
- Experience with radar (RF), electro optical (EO), and/or infrared (IR) sensing systems.
- Experience with scripting languages Python, MATLAB and/or Perl
- Experience with AFSIM
- Military Operations Analysis, wargaming and/or Modeling & Simulation experience in the defense industry.
Responsibilities
- Support multiple IRADs, CR&Ds, and programs in both air and space domains as part team of Integrated Solutions & Modeling Architecture engineering team
- Responsible for the development and integration of variable-fidelity computer models and simulations that effectively capture system and system of systems effects in complex threat environments.
- Perform evaluation of end-to-end system needs to discover system interfaces and data connectivity requirements across the kill-chain.
- Modeling of system and mission kill chains with tools such as Government, Commercial, and Raytheon simulations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Active Top Secret clearance
- Advanced degree in STEM (and can be considered as additional experience)
- Experience with Numerical Optimization Techniques, Analysis of Alternatives, or Design of Experiments.
- Strong technical writing and oral communication skills.
- Experience with programming languages such as C, C++
