Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in native mobile development
- 2 to 3 years of experience in Flutter and Dart.io
- A deep understanding of modern mobile development for both Android and iOS
- Proficiency and active experience in backend development in any form
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Strong collaborator with the ability to foster solid team dynamics and effective cross-functional relationships
- Team player who is willing to take direction but can get things done on your own with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize, and drive results
- Excited about Good Inside’s mission and passionate about improving the lives of parents and children
Responsibilities
- The design, development and maintenance of our Flutter based mobile application
- Act as a resource for other engineers, as well as product managers regarding all things mobile
- Collaborating with backend engineers on how to best serve and visualize data
- Writing and distributing clear documentation regarding architectural choices and processes
Preferred Qualifications
- Start Up Growth Experience: This isn’t your first time helping a high growth startup scale. You are excited by the challenge and love creating and learning from the bottom up.
- User-Facing Mobile App Experience: You have worked on businesses where the end product is an app and have experience driving app user acquisition.
- Cross-Functional Marketing Experience: You have collaborated with a wide range of non-technical stakeholders with a focus on marketing and product management.
