Requirements
- An active DoD TS/SCI clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology/Computer Science and/or 10+ years of experience in a related field.
- Advanced experience in the following technologies: Microsoft Exchange, Windows Server 2022, Windows 11, VMware, ESXi, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
- Microsoft Exchange DAG experience.
- NetApp SnapCenter experience.
- CompTIA Security+ certification or higher and Microsoft certification.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the Windows domain in a virtual environment, including Active Directory, domain controllers, Microsoft Exchange, DNS services, and DHCP.
- Design and configure Microsoft Exchange.
- Install, configure, and maintain physical and virtual servers.
- Plan and direct the implementation of security measures to protect the system from cyber-attacks, hacking, intrusion, infiltration, and natural disasters, using ACAS, WSUS, SolarWinds, and other network software tools.
- Create and maintain system documentation for domain technologies, including installation configurations and appropriate troubleshooting steps.
- Assist the ISSO/ISSM in remediating vulnerabilities identified from network scans.
- Apply DISA STIGs to harden Exchange and Windows Server, write security documentation, create Plans of Action and Milestones (POAMs), and provide artifacts for Authority to Operate (ATO) processes.
- Serve as an escalation point for application support and troubleshooting.
- Provide guidance and direction in resolving escalated issues and complex production, application, or system problems.
- Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems, and key processes; review system and application logs; and verify the completion of scheduled jobs.
- Use command-line tools within Microsoft Active Directory, such as PowerShell automation, scripts, and batch files.
- Perform and schedule daily backups and restores.
- Demonstrate familiarity with back-end support to maintain up-to-date user data, troubleshoot problems with missing data and files, and utilize enterprise backup programs such as NetApp SnapCenter.
Preferred Qualifications
- NetApp storage experience.
- Experience with Cisco UCS technologies.
