Requirements
- Must have an active Secret or Top Secret/SCI clearance.
- Must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience, to include personnel, scheduling, task management, planning, programming, forecasting, correspondence, security, and facilities with the Department of Defense (DoD).
- Must have experience within DoD and other federal agencies.
- Must be highly proficient in using Video Conference Room Equipment and the Microsoft Office Suite, to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Responsibilities
- Collect Audio video (AV) technicians responsible for OUSD (A&S) Executive Conference Room/Facility.
- Responsible for maintenance, setup, takedown, and operation of electronic video equipment.
- Additional duties may be assigned, as required within the context of these duties to support OUSD(A&S) Senior Leadership Conference Schedule.
