Requirements
- Has 5+ years of experience in client or key stakeholder interaction.
- Has direct experience working within Segment, Hightouch, mParticle, Tealium, or similar CDP tools.
- Has platform experience with Braze, Iterable, Klaviyo, or other email MarTech platforms.
- Has experience with Amplitude, Mixpanel, Looker, Tableau, and other BI and Analytics platforms.
- Has previously designed and architected a CDP or Marketing Automation integration and can speak through the entire implementation process.
- Has the ability to recognize opportunities and solutions to clients’ key business challenges through technology.
- Experience with routing feedback and assets between different stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Act as the conduit between our clients and our business, driving ownership of gathering and understanding use case requirements and expected outcomes for specific projects.
- Develop a thorough understanding of our client’s businesses, including their goals, pain points, opportunities, and success metrics.
- Determine how Ragnarok will deliver value against each of these metrics throughout the engagement.
- Enable close collaboration with clients and internal project teams, ensuring effective communication, documentation, planning, and execution of projects and programs.
- Provide expert recommendations to optimize our client’s use of their MarTech platforms, including Segment, mParticle, High Touch, Braze, Iterable, AppsFlyer, Mixpanel, Heap, Amplitude, and more.
- Ensure the delivery of Ragnarok services meets product expectations and contractual specifications, providing feedback, guidance, and training to correct misalignment on each of these key factors.
- Identify areas of improvement within Ragnarok core services through process recommendations and driving change management through each service line owner.
- Manage and coach current technical consulting employees and any future team members that are assigned to you.
- Drive successful outcomes for client projects through direct management, delegating tasks, supporting team members in their execution, and maintaining healthy client communications.
