Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Product Marketing or business-related discipline from an accredited college or university
- Minimum of 8-12 years of experience in cross-functional roles in the Power Generation industry
Responsibilities
- Oversee a global team of experienced professionals, ensuring strategic milestones and priorities are well understood and achieved on time across the team
- Coordinate resources across multiple disciplines and regional teams to achieve functional goals in alignment with the business strategy
- Development of business and marketing plans, including value proposition, for Gas Power products/offers/services
- Develop and lead market, customer, and policy analysis, engagement, and strategy to create growth for GE Vernova products, services & businesses
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Lines, Poles Strategy & Commercial, Business Development, and enabling functions (Engineering, Supply Chain, …) to deliver product improvement strategies and actions
- Strategically engage in Command Centers and deal crafting to improve win rate; develop and maintain tools to aid commercial teams in winning deals
- Contribute to the New Product Introduction (NPI) process by providing competitive content, insights and feedback to Market Requirements Document (MRD), Product Requirements Document (PRD), Gate Review Critical questions, and Authorization to Quote (ATQs) documents
- Implement continuous process improvement initiatives related to the Marketing work scope
- Closely partner with the Product Competitiveness team within Product Management to build an external lens (industry, markets, customers, and competition) for our business.

- Decisive alignment – ability to drive collaboration, alignment and execution across the horizontal leaders in the Gas Power business to deliver results for our customers and our business financial plans
- Deep knowledge of Gas Power products and installed base as well as competitor offerings
- Good awareness of the global power generation marketplace and the Gas Power business
- Demonstrated in-depth analysis, critical & interpretative thinking skills to define problems and develop innovative solutions
- Strong oral and written communication skills at all levels including executive level; interactive listening to negotiate with and influence senior level members and key stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to digest complex information into a clear message
