Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Marketing, Business Administration or Communications preferred or equivalent experience required
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a marketing related discipline, either in a corporate or agency environment
  • Knowledge of marketing principles, practices, and analysis
  • Solid knowledge of relevant technologies
  • Strong analytical, oral and written communication and organization skills required
  • Highly collaborative
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and work on multiple priorities
  • Proactively seeks to learn new tactics and job skills related to current role
  • Actively seeks to expand insurance and marketing knowledge and skills, as well as department responsibilities and the connection to the broader organization

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the development of brand resources to build consistency and strengthen our brand across the company
  • Play an important role in the development of the enterprise sponsorship strategy working with the sponsorship activation team and business unit partners
  • Assist in the development of exploratory opportunities to advance the enterprise brand and serve as day-to-day contact on key strategic projects
  • Proactively monitor and update brand resources and guidelines to ensure consistency, efficiency and timeliness
  • Serve as the company’s initial point of contact for brand questions from across the organization
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are on brand with a consistent look and feel
  • Capture and document processes for key brand management initiatives to create clarity and efficiency
  • Coordinate operational aspects of larger projects as a member of a cross-functional team
  • Work to build and support feedback and measurement initiatives, capturing data to inform the evolution of our resources and where gaps may exist
