Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience working in a marketing operations role
  • Intermediate proficiency with SQL
  • Experience working in B2C marketing technology tools, including marketing automation platforms and/or customer data platforms (previous experience with MessageGears is a plus)
  • Experience working in Snowflake or other relational databases
  • Proactive learner and problem solver
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to effectively communicate with both business and technical partners
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools
  • Familiarity with template languages like Apache Freemarker is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage audiences across our marketing channels (email, mobile push, SMS, in-app messaging, paid social, PPC) within our email service provider MessageGears and in Snowflake
  • Partner with the marketing strategic collaborators to define audience targeting requirements and provide recommendations based on business needs
  • Become a power user of MessageGears and empower our team of marketing specialists to deliver targeted and dynamic campaigns by creating self-service capabilities within the platform
  • Troubleshoot audience, data, and platform-related issues
  • Partner closely with the data engineering team to identify and create new data sets that will enhance our marketing campaigns
  • Develop and optimize processes surrounding the audience creation workflow, ensuring efficiency and scalability through automation while maintaining a high level of quality
  • Partner with the analytics team to maintain the email and push channel performance dashboards
  • Own the management of weekly and monthly engagement marketing channel reports that go out to cross-functional leadership
  • Analyze diner data to uncover trends and behaviors, using these insights to continuously improve our segmentation and identify new audiences

Preferred Qualifications
