Requirements

  • Proven track record in driving marketing performance through cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong analytical mindset with expertise in marketing attribution, pipeline forecasting, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience managing complex martech stacks, including platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, HockeyStack, Bizable, 6sense, and automation tools.
  • Demonstrated experience in marketing budget ownership, ensuring optimal investment allocation.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to drive change and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Passion for process optimization, marketing efficiency, and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Drive marketing performance by aligning cross-functional initiatives that impact acquisition, pipeline acceleration, and conversion rates.
  • Lead collaboration between Marketing ops, sales, product, demand generation, product marketing, growth, and regional marketing teams to create seamless, integrated processes.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to optimize overall marketing spending and improve business outcomes.
  • Refine and implement marketing analytics, reporting frameworks, and attribution models to measure effectiveness.
  • Oversee lead management processes, ensuring seamless marketing and sales alignment.
  • Partner with RevOps to optimize funnel performance, lead scoring, and lifecycle marketing initiatives.
  • Own the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to drive maximum ROI and growth.
  • Own the marketing technology roadmap, ensuring a best-in-class stack that scales with business needs.
  • Oversee CRM, automation platforms, and data integration to drive personalization and efficiency.
  • Enhance trigger-based email capabilities and customer engagement automation.
  • Act as a right hand to the CMO, helping shape marketing’s strategy and operational excellence.
  • Mentor a high-performing cross-functional marketing team.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability in marketing workflows.
  • Collaborate with product marketing, growth, and regional marketing teams to ensure consistent execution of global initiatives.
