Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
- Three (3) years of leadership or management experience in a manufacturing setting in a private, public, government or military environment
- Skills of high value are written, and communication skills
- Ability to create a vision, communicate the vision and execute
- Skill practitioner of LEAN, and Six Sigma methodologies
Responsibilities
- Leads a large team of supervisors and operators in a 24/7 operation
- Implements organizational change that drives improvement of safety, quality, and efficiency
- Determines vision for owned departments to drive operational excellence
- Supports day to day operations, and continuous improvement efforts
- Willingness to be on-call nights and weekends to escalate and resolve issues.
Preferred Qualifications
- [Master’s] degree in [Business, Engineering, Logistics, or other Technical]
