Responsibilities
- Create a collaborative, performance-driven work environment by facilitating and fostering trust, transparency, and inclusion.
- Work with team members to set clear goals, provide feedback, perform performance assessments, and support ongoing development.
- Lead with influence and expertise, contributing to division or department leadership team.
- Communicate and support organization mission, vision, values, policies, and practices.
- Manage the development of optimized workspace design strategies and layouts that deliver solutions to meet business partner’s expectations, government codes and real estate space utilization goals.
- Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with corporate business partners to ensure workplace strategies developed support business needs.
- Lead the development of operational budgets for furniture and equipment.
- Lead team primarily responsible to manage office moves, closures and major reconfigurations of space or furniture.
- Drive solutions that focus on effective workplace strategies for our customer, incorporating change strategies via established change management frameworks, that minimize unnecessary disruption to employees, and maximize workspace experience with a comprehensive understanding of workplace culture.
- Provide data-driven solutions in alignment with real estate strategies to improve space efficiency and productivity levels, driving cost savings, and strengthen the company culture.
Preferred Qualifications
- Precision in design and construction documentation and processes.
- 5+ years of experience in interior design projects, including office space reconfiguration, project management, or site supervision roles.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to furniture design and manufacturing, such as ergonomic standards and safety requirements.
- Proven experience in leading and managing teams, with the ability to motivate and guide team members towards achieving goals.
