Requirements
- 8+ years experience in workplace operations & experience, facility operations, business management or hospitality
- Collaborative/partnership spirit to drive local and global initiatives and execute with excellence and speed.
- Excellent project management skills with energy and enthusiasm to deliver aggressive targets, timelines, and client satisfaction needs.
- Strong change leader, who could partner at all levels to help others navigate ever changing business needs
- Be strong advocate for and passionate about workplace, sustainability, brand, and culture
- Have top notch collaboration, partnering, & influencing skills
- Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication, and presentation abilities
- Have highly developed business, financial, data & analytical acumen
- Possess excellent technology skills including Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Asana, and other platforms to develop compelling & persuasive presentations and manipulate & synthesize data
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, hospitality or a related field.
- Work onsite in our Plano Office.
- Have ability to travel to other locations under management and/or where needed.
Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of site operations & initiatives for the region, and deliver high-quality workplace experiences for employees and guests.
- Manage IFM partner & vendor teams while collaborating cross-functionally to ensure outstanding and efficient service.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with partners & providers to ensure their efficiency and engagement for Palo Alto Networks and our values.
- Cultivate relationships with local leadership to understand business requirements, anticipate solutions to their needs, and swiftly execute.
- Develop & review performance metrics to assess utilization, productivity of staff, and client satisfaction and make recommendations.
- Manage the operational and capital budget needs including analyzing and rationalizing monthly spend, forecasting of actuals, and ensuring the budget is balanced per guidelines.
- Be a thought leader, and develop and implement new and improved standards or processes to drive a culture of innovation & continuous improvement to elevate the workplace experience for locations under management, and replicate at other sites where applicable.
- Participate in the design + delivery of projects. Plan and complete move-in activities, including implementing change management and communication plans, and ensuring a flawless opening & Day 2+ activities.
- Partner with global teams to support portfolio management, design + delivery, safety & security needs, health & wellness, and sustainability initiatives.
