Requirements

  • 5-7 years implementing and managing health care business projects and programs with demonstrated results (this is not an IT project management role)
  • Experience executing new capabilities and/or project offerings that result in new value
  • Experience in health care data analytics – cohort creation, segmentation, and developing KPIs
  • Experience in value measurement of clinical and business outcomes that drive strategic decisions
  • Demonstrated facilitation skills in both virtual and in-person settings
  • Excellent presentation and communications skills, including aptitude for writing, fact gathering, storytelling, analysis, and facilitating large group meetings
  • Ability to meet deadlines and satisfy customers with multiple competing priorities
  • Ability to effectively interact one-on-one with all levels of management, including executive leadership
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment to solve challenging issues and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically project management and value measurement tools (e.g. Asana, Tableau,)
  • Experience designing and building interactive dashboards data visualizations with tools such as Tableau and PowerBI, tailored to clinical, operational, or executive audiences
  • Experience working with programming languages (ex. SQL, Python-R, etc.)
  • Ability to write queries, build extracts for dashboards and perform basic data analytics
  • Understanding of health care data standards such as ICD-10, CPT

Responsibilities

  • Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that align to team, business unit, and enterprise objectives
  • Consistently produce and create value and meet/exceed committed performance
  • Partner with clinical strategy and innovation team to implement initiatives and work in highly cross-functional environment
  • Implement dashboards to measure and demonstrate implemented program outcomes
  • Direct business partners on KPIs and value measurement resources needed to demonstrate clinical, process and/or financial outcomes
  • Lead simultaneous end-to-end implementation of competing projects, including planning, scheduling, and coordination all phases of deployment
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the internal or external teams during the implementation process, ensuring needs are understood and addressed
  • Collaborate with enterprise teams such as legal, compliance, marketing, product development, sales, customer support, finance, and IT for seamless integration and execution
  • Manage project timelines, resources, deliverables, and budgets to meet or exceed expectations
  • Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies and troubleshoot issues during implementation
  • Monitor detailed project and operational documentation, including plans, status reports, performance metrics, and customer reviews
  • Support vendor management, compliance, and assist with evaluations as needed
  • Support the value measurement dashboard to collect and analyze existing program performance while identifying areas of opportunity to improve engagement
  • Build executive briefing materials to demonstrate progress toward implementation goals and delivery of clinical and business value
  • Develop and participate in setting meeting agendas, develop project presentations and consultations for executive level staff, support meetings with note taking and action item management

Preferred Qualifications

  • Health care insurance industry (preferably, commercial and government payers) and/or life science industry experience preferred
  • Women health and or genomics experience
  • Clinical experience or working in an environment with clinical oversight
