Requirements
- 2-3+ years of experience in presentation design, visual storytelling, or similar
- A portfolio of work that demonstrates a strong ability to create visually engaging and effective presentations
- Ability to work with ambiguity, and structure unpolished content into clear narratives
- Strong eye for design, attention to detail, and a good sense of aesthetics
- Comfort working in fast-paced, feedback-heavy environments
Responsibilities
- Translate raw content, data, and direction into clear, visually engaging presentations using PowerPoint
- Support the TI Global Strategy Team by turning ideas and outlines into executive-ready slides
- Collaborate closely with strategy leaders and adjust designs based on iterative feedback
- Apply strategic thinking to layout and visual hierarchy – ensuring presentations are not just aesthetically pleasing but intuitive and impactful
- Manage multiple projects at once while balancing quality with speed
- Occasionally support content development and refinement beyond just visuals
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiar with strategic or management consulting environments
- Basic understanding of enterprise technology or transformation topics, with a desire to learn more
