Requirements
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI’s potential impact on the function or industry.
- Operates with a high-degree of autonomy, seeks to address long-standing organizational opportunities, and effects change within design and our cross-functional partner orgs.
- Excellent leadership and proven people skills.
- Experience delivering and running large scale programs.
- Strong customer orientation.
- Ability to make decisions quickly and independently, utilizing data and facts to validate those decisions.
- Ability to communicate well at all levels of an organization and across all functions.
- Deep understanding of enterprise network architecture, data centers, and cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Data analysis capabilities to use data to drive business outcomes and validate solutions.
- A track record of creating meaningful employee and leadership experiences that drive employee job satisfaction.
- A self-driven work ethic and model.
- The ability to travel up to 10% of time.
Responsibilities
- Guide and provide direction for employees to meet business outcomes and personal objectives.
- Create a sense of team to individuals working on disparate initiatives in multiple locations.
- Drive large cross-functional programs that require tight execution deadlines while also driving improvements and related projects.
- Be the voice of reason, methodically working through urgent, high-risk situations.
- Provide leadership and strategic intelligence to streamline current processes and create a vision for the future.
- Optimize business requirements and marry them with tooling, analytics, and communications initiatives.
- Create a good customer experience by looking at opportunities to improve our customer touchpoints.
Preferred Qualifications
- Agile certification a plus.
