Requirements

  • 12+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, including full-cycle recruiting
  • 4+ years of experience managing and developing TA teams
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead inclusive, high-performing teams
  • Trusted advisor with strong influencing skills and the ability to partner effectively with senior business leaders
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using insights to improve hiring outcomes and influence decision-making
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills with a track record of driving team performance and engagement

Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop, and inspire an inclusive, high-performing Talent Acquisition team across the U.S. and Canada, setting clear goals, priorities, and metrics aligned with Boomi’s growth trajectory
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior GTM and functional leaders, acting as a strategic advisor on talent planning, pipeline health, and market dynamics
  • Own the end-to-end strategy and execution for hiring initiatives and contingent workforce solutions that flex to meet business needs
  • Collaborate with global peers to align regional efforts with Boomi’s global TA strategy, promoting consistency, innovation, and knowledge-sharing
  • Champion operational excellence by improving recruiting workflows, driving automation, and scaling the use of AI and analytics to enhance recruiter effectiveness and candidate experience
  • Build employer brand initiatives in AMER markets to position Boomi as a top destination for top talent
  • Use data to inform and evolve hiring strategies, storytelling with insights to drive alignment and impact with senior stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven success hiring for Sales and Go-To-Market (GTM) roles, ideally in a tech-driven or customer-centric environment
  • Experience leading teams across multiple geographies or locations
  • A history of building inclusive hiring strategies or leading DEI-focused recruiting initiatives
  • Familiarity with our TA Tech Stack (Greenhouse ATS, Workday HRIS, Ashby Analytics, BrightHire, Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, Calendly) or similar tools
  • A passion for recruiting technology and innovation – comfortable identifying, evaluating, and championing new solutions
