Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business, logistics, engineering or a closely related field with Supply Chain experience; graduate studies a plus
- A minimum of 10 years of experience supporting supply chain systems, with multiple system implementations
- Extensive experience with Oracle ERP Fusion
- Advanced knowledge of supply chain, procurement, manufacturing, and quality systems combined with regulatory processes
- Direct experience supporting a validated (GxP/CSV/CSA) system; certification a plus
- Proven experience in managing supply chain projects, including planning, execution, and delivery
- Proficiency in integrations with both internal and external systems
Responsibilities
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement through strong leadership and influence across multiple teams
- Understand and connect operational processes to system activities to troubleshoot and optimize in partnership with the global operations staff
- Develop and manage the IT supply chain systems roadmap in conjunction with internal business owners, and ensure resources are allocated effectively and efficiently
- Provide IT leadership for supply chain portions of Oracle ERP Fusion, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and strategic goals
- Primary owner of all regulatory compliance (GxP/CSV/CSA) processes and controls for supply chain portions of Oracle ERP Fusion
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, and ensure timely execution and delivery of initiatives
- Monitor system and project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, and implement corrective actions as needed
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions
