Requirements
- 10+ yrs management experience, leading teams
- 8+ supply chain related experience
- BS in business, finance or a related field
- Strong leadership skills with a high focus on customer service.
- Relentless process and cost improvement mindset.
- Experience in Supply Chain management with a proven track record of efficiency and quality improvements.
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate with internal customers and external service providers.
- Proficiency in monitoring and reporting KPIs.
- Experience in leading and developing a diverse team

Responsibilities
- Manage Distribution Services (shipping and receiving activities) for North America.
- Oversee Inventory Control and Freight Payment Management (freight, tolls, and truck overstaying payments) for both South and North America.
- Align needs and priorities with internal clients, including Commercial and Corporate Finance areas.
- Maintain relationships with Mosaic suppliers and third-party service providers.
- Report processes and business indicators to stakeholders.
- Monitor and proactively measure productivity KPIs to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Collaborate with Mosaic leaders and Global Process Owners (GPO) to activate competent areas as needed.
- Identify and implement process and cost improvement initiatives connected with Innovation and Digital Transformation.
- Ensure close collaboration with the GPO to guarantee efficiency and quality.
- Lead a high-performing team, ensuring employees are appropriately skilled, trained, and developed in various areas of expertise.
