Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of managers in a complex, student-focused environment, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee daily operations and workflows, ensuring optimal resource utilization and alignment with university goals.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, FERPA, and WGU policies, promoting consistent and accurate service delivery.
- Act as a subject matter expert for Student Records, contributing to strategic university projects and system decisions.
- Drive operational improvements through quality assurance, training initiatives, and process documentation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders across WGU to support shared goals and deliver a cohesive student experience.
