Requirements
- 7+ years of related work experience
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills (verbal & written)
- Ability to think and plan strategically to generate value from intellectual or knowledge based assets
- Ability to work across boundaries and collaborate with internal colleagues and external clients
- Deep understanding of Specialty Pharmacy with an aptitude to learn about newly emerging therapies and needs
- Proficiency with MS Office including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability to travel approximately 15% of the time
Responsibilities
- Drive omnichannel pharmacy care delivery solutions aimed at enhancing value for CVS enterprise and business partners based on evolving marketplace trends.
- Support and lead the strategy and development of specialty pharmacy programs in collaboration with Trade and drug manufacturers.
- Develop relationships and enhanced collaboration with Specialty pharmaceutical manufacturers.
- Serve as an the enterprise expert and stay abreast of marketplace trends to ensure CVS Health develops and offers competitive programs to drive improved outcomes.

- Knowledge and confidence to present and interact with senior leadership and large audiences of clinical professionals, executives, clients and customers
- Demonstrated experience in defining, organizing and leading cross-functional projects
- Strong project management skills including attention to detail, follow-up and working to tight deadlines
- Ability to prepare materials and present to a variety of audiences of scope and size
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence and presentation materials
