Requirements
- 3 – 5 years of experience in strategy development, digital transformation, and product development
- Exceptional ability to build strategic narratives and bring them to life using slides
- Very strong relationship management and communication skills
- High degree of resourcefulness and ingenuity when solving barriers to success/progress
- An exceptional can-do attitude with a strong drive to exceed expectations
Responsibilities
- Lead and support on a broad range of ad-hoc and long-term strategy development and execution engagements across the insurance value chain, including enterprise-wide programs
- Design and lead problem solving workshops and interviews with cross-functional / business line working team members and subject matter experts
- Support the on-going management of strategic planning with key business lines to ensure alignment with top of the house strategic priorities
- Develop executive level materials for senior executives & C-suite
- Drive thought leadership and benchmarking in various Insurance, Wealth and Technology landscapes
- Foster and maintain collaborative relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to support the achievement of deliverables and overall strategic objectives
- Assist with organizing strategy offsites and town halls for senior management
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years as a Consultant and/or Product Manager at a top tier consulting firm
- Experience working in a Life insurance company
