Requirements

  • Has a minimum of 10 years of experience in client-facing solution consulting, client onboarding, or implementation roles in a SaaS or FinTech environment, including 3-5 years of direct team leadership experience
  • Has a deep understanding of data integration, API configurations, UX design concepts, and business process automation
  • Has proven ability to lead technical discussions, translate client requirements into technical deliverables, and guide teams through complex solutioning
  • Has strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision making
  • Has experience managing multiple high-stakes client projects and navigating competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Has excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills—including experience engaging with senior client executives
  • Has a minimum of a bachelor’s degree
  • Obtains Orion Industry Certification
  • Owns and manages relationships with stakeholders directly and works effectively with people at all levels in an organization

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a growing team of Solutions Consultants, ensuring exceptional client outcomes and internal collaboration
  • Set strategic direction for the Solutions Consulting function, aligning team priorities with overall business objectives and product roadmap
  • Serve as the executive sponsor for key client implementations and escalations, ensuring high-touch engagement and resolution
  • Drive the evolution of consulting processes, documentation standards, and tools to improve onboarding velocity, quality, and client satisfaction
  • Partner closely with Product and Engineering teams to communicate client feedback and influence platform enhancements and feature prioritization
  • Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, and Marketing to identify and support pre-sales consulting opportunities and solution design needs
  • Analyze team performance, project delivery timelines, and customer satisfaction metrics to continuously improve operations and resource planning
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for client use cases, platform capabilities, and consultative solutioning practices
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, accountability, and inclusion across the Solutions Consulting team
