Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 5 years’ experience in software engineering or related area
- 7 years’ experience in software engineering or related area
- 2 years’ supervisory experience
Responsibilities
- Conduct requirement and scoping analysis including risk analysis methodologies and cost analysis
- Articulate the impact of proposed solutions on business objectives
- Guide teams to assess feasibility of new requirements and prioritize product solution requirements
- Contribute to the creation of user stories for complex requirements
- Assist in the creation of simple modular extensible and functional design for the product solution
- Create testable maintainable code for entire component application
- Map customer requirements into test objectives and create test cases
- Conduct root cause analysis and defect management
- Define metrics for effective monitoring of application performance
- Lead application maintenance and enhancements
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 3 years’ experience in software engineering or related area
- Background in creating inclusive digital experiences
- Knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards
- Knowledge of accessibility best practices
