Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 6+ years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and/or Sales Operations
- 1+ years of experience utilizing demand and supply planning software
Responsibilities
- Lead SIOP demand and supply reviews; guide final decision making on open items and trade-offs; prepare escalations for executive review where appropriate.
- Lead weekly S&OE sessions.
- Collaborate with senior management to align demand planning initiatives with overall business strategies and goals. Ensure alignment between revenue and demand plans.
- Coordinate cross-functional discussions to document and challenge demand plan assumptions.
- Understand the drivers of demand changes, customers, and revenue impacts and potential effects on the downstream processes.
- Collaborate with material managers to generate recommendations to solve supply gaps and support long-term sales demand.
- Measure, analyze and report key SIOP supply metrics, while monitoring adherence to key performance indicators (KPIs).
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or master’s degree in business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Finance or equivalent
- Strong working knowledge of S&OE and/or S&OP with implementation experience
- Experience in aftermarket demand and supply planning
- Advanced capability in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience managing direct staff
- Ability to build cross-functional relationships through strong communication and interpersonal skills.
