Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent years of experience
- Minimum of 8 years of formal and or business application experience in any of the areas of sales, product management, product marketing, brand marketing, category leadership or business development
- Excellent verbal and written skills; public speaking and presentation skills
- Strong organization, negotiation, conflict resolution and interpersonal communication skills
- Creative and strategic thinker with customer-centric mindset and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to manage multiple tasks and projects and influence other team members to achieve project and timeline requirements
- Comfortable working with and alongside executive leadership
Responsibilities
- Development of annual operating plan inclusive of customer strategies and execution of key initiatives, score carding against aligned growth initiatives and creation of customized selling stories for targeted customers
- Implementation and utilization of CRM within the sales team, including compliance monitoring and analysis
- Planning lead for all customer strategic meetings (T2T, JGP, QBR etc.) and responsibility to create, maintain and execute best-in-class customer experiences both on-site in Springdale as well as remotely
- Deliver reporting inclusive of analysis/insights on customer performance, growth initiatives/KPIs and areas of opportunity
- Manage identification of upcoming RFPs within assigned geographical and customer areas and support information needs as requested
- Identify need for customer-specific customized point of sale collateral and merchandising tools and work with marketing team to execute as needed
- Provide timely, concise and effective communication both internally and externally regarding market/category/customer insight
- Lead special project planning and execution as assigned
