Requirements
- Minimum of 8-10 years of demonstrated experience in sales operations, sales management, or a related role with at least 2 years of direct leadership experience
- Proven track record of managing complex projects in a fast paced environment and driving operational excellence
- Strong cross-functional leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead by influence across the organization
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven recommendations to leadership
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments
- Strong understanding of sales processes, process governance, CRM systems, and sales performance metrics
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Director of Sales Operations and other Sales Operations team members to develop and execute the sales strategy
- Leverage data to identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales teams
- Partner with sales enablement, CRM management and other sales operations partners to create a governance framework to manage sales processes and integrate into the CRM systems
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments to support sales initiatives and resolve issues to accelerate sales performance
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of sales initiatives and provide regular reports and insights to the Director of Sales Operations and executive team
