Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MS) is a plus.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within Sales operations, Sales planning or related field, preferably in the technology marketplace, logistics, or e-commerce industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights.
- A demonstrated ability to lead and develop a high-performing team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
- An ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead a high-performing team of sales planners and analysts to own the development, implementation and administration of new and existing sales incentive structures for our SMB Post Sales team.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Legal, HR and Product, to drive alignment and support decision-making.
- Analyze large datasets to derive actionable insights, identify trends, and provide recommendations to improve sales performance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with Sales leadership to develop and implement strategies to optimize sales performance, including territory planning, pricing strategies, and salesforce effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain sales forecasting models, track key performance metrics, and prepare regular reports for executive leadership and Sales teams.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth within the Sales planning team.

- You have experience with Incentive Management tools (e.g. Anaplan, Xactly)
