Requirements
- Experience using, designing in, or building in EPIC and/or foundational experience working in a primary care setting (or similar care delivery site) and baseline knowledge of practice operations and clinical workflows and/or clinical experience such as PA/NP/LVN/RN
- 5+ years’ experience in process improvement, care delivery/healthcare, product development, operations, and/or systems development
- 5+ years of demonstrated increasing responsibility in corporate or healthcare environments.
- Experienced product owner/developer
- Demonstrated ability to create business cases and related analytics.
- Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to think and act independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders.
- Highly skilled in using Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must be willing to travel occasionally.
Responsibilities
- Positions themselves as subject matter expert.
- Owns multiple products/projects with effective prioritization and eye for detail including but not limited to ideation/discovery, solution design and requirements, implementation, post-launch monitoring, product/ performance reporting, ongoing optimization.
- Collaborates across Retail Health, MinuteClinic and the enterprise in identifying portfolio growth opportunities related to patient engagement and population health.
- Works with key stakeholders to align on business value, problem statements, and consumer pain points that are strategic priorities.
- Implements and monitors new products and processes from pilot through scale, including close collaboration and partnership with clinical and field teams.
- Develops and delivers training, tools, data, and resources needed by key stakeholders for products to succeed.
- Collaborates with IT/technical partners to define technical requirements.
- Designs and performs data reporting/ analytics to inform decision-making across the product portfolio as well as ongoing management reporting.
- Proactively identifies, synthesizes, and provides data-driven recommendations to optimize product performance and drive growth.
- Develops high quality materials and leads discussions with relevant stakeholders and senior leadership to support product development, implementation, and status.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Healthy Planet, care management workflow, population health workflows and/or practice growth
- Healthcare technology business development for innovative technology such as but not limited to remote patient monitoring.
- Experience supporting or executing large-scale change management initiatives.
- Demonstrates willingness to challenge the status quo and fostering innovation.
