Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
- At least 5 years of experience in product operations, product management, or strategy.
Responsibilities
- Identify inefficiencies and friction points in product development, launch, and operations, and develop innovative solutions.
- Work cross-functionally to implement streamlined workflows that enable the team to move faster while maintaining high quality.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging data and user feedback to optimize operational processes.
- Design and implement internal tools, dashboards, and automation to enhance product team efficiency.
- Develop frameworks and best practices that enable teams to execute with clarity and alignment.
- Collaborate with engineering, data, and business teams to integrate technology solutions that improve team effectiveness.
- Act as a strategic partner to product managers, engineering, design, and business teams to remove roadblocks and ensure smooth execution.
- Drive alignment across teams by facilitating communication, documentation, and decision-making processes.
- Support product launches by ensuring operational readiness, risk mitigation, and compliance with business requirements.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational effectiveness.
- Conduct root cause analysis to proactively identify challenges and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop reporting and analytics to provide visibility into product operations and inform strategic decisions.
Preferred Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in product operations or related roles
- Experience in the financial services, payments, or business cards industry.
- Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.
