Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Management Consulting, preferably within a consulting firm.
- 8+ years of experience as a Client Lead, with a proven ability to build trusted senior client relationships.
- Demonstrated success in growing client accounts by understanding and solving for their unique needs.
- A proactive mindset, capable of anticipating and addressing challenges with innovative solutions.
- A team-first attitude with a talent for uniting cross-functional teams.
- Pre-sales experience in Engineering, Technology Strategy, or Value Case development.
- Experience designing business processes and functional use cases.
- Experience leading technology delivery for financial services clients.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the Senior Business Lead, building trusted relationships and driving overall account strategy.
- Act as a central figure in steering strategic development and maintaining project momentum.
- Develop a strong understanding of the platform to deliver effective client solutions.
- Oversee implementation planning, workback schedules, resourcing, and full project execution with attention to detail.
- Proactively optimize outcomes and manage potential risks.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Technology, Data Science, and DevOps teams to shape tailored solutions.
- Mentor and support a high-performing team.
