Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Management Consulting, preferably within a consulting firm.
  • 8+ years of experience as a Client Lead, with a proven ability to build trusted senior client relationships.
  • Demonstrated success in growing client accounts by understanding and solving for their unique needs.
  • A proactive mindset, capable of anticipating and addressing challenges with innovative solutions.
  • A team-first attitude with a talent for uniting cross-functional teams.
  • Pre-sales experience in Engineering, Technology Strategy, or Value Case development.
  • Experience designing business processes and functional use cases.
  • Experience leading technology delivery for financial services clients.

Responsibilities
