Requirements
- Master’s or PhD in a field related to people research (e.g., I/O Psychology, Sociology, Organizational Behavior, Management, Public Policy)
- 7+ years leading large-scale people analytics projects at a global organization, particularly related to equality and employee engagement
- Strong understanding of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau), survey platforms (e.g. Perceptyx), and statistical analysis techniques (e.g. structural equation modeling, large language models for sentiment/open text analysis)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex data into clear, compelling narratives and to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the vision, strategy, and roadmap for people analytics projects related to equality and employee engagement, ensuring alignment with business and ES priorities
- Lead the creation of accurate and impactful reports, dashboards, and measurement frameworks, translating complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations that drive leadership decisions and organizational change
- Partner with ES, business leaders, Legal, Data Governance, and communications teams to integrate data insights into broader strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment and driving impact across the organization
- Provide support to HR business partners, people leaders, and employees about effectively interpreting and acting on insights. Produce toolkits, training, and self-service analytics to drive data fluency and impact
- Stay current with trends in people analytics, equality, engagement, and organizational research, identifying innovative practices that can be implemented to maintain a competitive advantage and further Salesforce’s commitment to equality and engagement
- Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous learning, while ensuring successful project delivery and developing junior team members.
Preferred Qualifications
