7+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong background in film entertainment.
Proven track record of recruiting studio corporate functions, creative, and production talent.
Ability to work effectively within a collaborative, inclusive, and creative environment.
Ability to address challenges and proactively escalate issues when necessary.
Capable of handling sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
Strong time management, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
A deep passion for the entertainment industry, including film, television, digital media, gaming, and related fields.

Lead the recruitment process for a diverse portfolio of requisitions across different departments.
Create, manage, and execute tailored recruitment strategies to identify, attract, and hire top-tier talent.
Partner with studio management, business leaders, and People Practices teams to gain a deep understanding of department culture and talent profiles.
Provide expert coaching and guidance to hiring managers on the interviewing, selection, and onboarding processes.
Lead innovative sourcing efforts using social media, networking, direct outreach, and market intelligence.
Manage both the client and candidate experience by setting expectations and ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
Manage the offer preparation process and negotiate offers with candidates.
Meet or exceed established hiring targets and key recruitment metrics.
Work with the People Acquisition team and business to refine and optimize recruitment processes.
