Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
• 4 years’ experience in retail operations, content development, project management, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in retail operations, content development, project management, or related area
• EPA Universal Certification
• PMP Certification
• Lean Six Sigma
• Current OK Mechanical Contractor License, in good standing

Responsibilities

• Oversees multiple projects by defining scope of work and project objectives, establishing project activities, deliverables, milestones, and timelines, coordinating planning activities, and assembling management plans
• Tracks changes to plans and ensures resolution of critical issues
• Manages content management initiatives by evaluating and prioritizing content requests, designing, developing, automating, and maintaining tools, templates, and resources
• Collaborates with team to develop and implement intranet content
• Provides guidance to team on platform functionality, communication approaches, and content quality standards
• Ensures content and digital communications methods align with content governance standards
• Audits and tracks content variables and adapts content and digital communication methods to resolve audit concerns
• Directs processes and procedures for areas of responsibility by analyzing data to identify existing standards, processes, governance, and workflows
• Evaluates key business components to assess current performance baselines and identifies areas of improvement
• Consults with cross-functional teams to get alignment on improvement solutions
• Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs, developing and communicating business plans and priorities, and removing barriers that impact performance
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by selecting and training, mentoring, assigning duties, and conducting regular performance evaluations
