Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field
- 3 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 5 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area
- 1 year’s supervisory experience
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement strategic objectives
- Translate strategic goals into actionable plans and ensure consistent progress
- Establish and maintain the operating cadence of the organization, including executive reviews, planning sessions, and business updates
- Drive agenda setting, goal tracking, and follow-ups for leadership meetings
- Ensure timely and effective decision-making by providing relevant data and insights
- Monitor key performance indicators and operational metrics to assess organizational progress
- Identify and address gaps in operational effectiveness
- Lead cross-functional projects that drive business impact
- Act as a liaison between the executive leadership team and key internal and external stakeholders
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across departments
- Provide counsel and thought partnership to the Executive Leader on business priorities and challenges
- Prepare briefings, reports, and presentations for executive-level discussions
