Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field
  • 3 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 5 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area
  • 1 year’s supervisory experience

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement strategic objectives
  • Translate strategic goals into actionable plans and ensure consistent progress
  • Establish and maintain the operating cadence of the organization, including executive reviews, planning sessions, and business updates
  • Drive agenda setting, goal tracking, and follow-ups for leadership meetings
  • Ensure timely and effective decision-making by providing relevant data and insights
  • Monitor key performance indicators and operational metrics to assess organizational progress
  • Identify and address gaps in operational effectiveness
  • Lead cross-functional projects that drive business impact
  • Act as a liaison between the executive leadership team and key internal and external stakeholders
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across departments
  • Provide counsel and thought partnership to the Executive Leader on business priorities and challenges
  • Prepare briefings, reports, and presentations for executive-level discussions
