Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (technical degree strongly preferred)
- Proven experience designing and implementing comprehensive quality systems in complex manufacturing environments.
- Strong command of quality management tools, metrics, and methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams with a track record of shaping decisions and driving adoption of best practices without direct supervisory responsibilities.
- Expert in advanced problem-solving techniques and root cause analysis, with a history of implementing effective corrective actions.
- Deep expertise in quality risk assessment and mitigation across the product lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic and global standardization of quality management systems to ensure consistency and excellence across all BCP manufacturing sites.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate quality objectives into broader business strategies, driving continuous process improvements that enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.
- Spearhead initiatives that develop and refine quality metrics, provide actionable insights, and drive decision-making at a global level.
- Champion a culture of excellence in quality and safety by fostering collaboration and alignment across diverse teams and functions.
- Act as the key architect in defining and implementing robust quality frameworks that support operational excellence and compliance with industry standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of best practices and standards for improving the quality, effectiveness, efficiency, and safety of the design, production, and distribution of manufacturing products; ability to create and implement best practices and standards for various manufacturing processes and activities.
- Global manufacturing experience, with the ability to navigate cultural, operational, and organizational complexities across international sites.
- Advanced understanding of quality metrics, process capability, and inspection planning.
- Experience leading quality transformation initiatives across multiple global manufacturing sites.
