7+ years of relevant finance and management experience, ideally in a professional services environment

Overseeing all aspects of office-level finance strategy and relevant activities, integrating across FP&A, client finance (engagement management, billing, collections), finance operations, Pricing and Investment committee support, financial risk management and compliance activities
Leading the office’s budgeting and performance management processes; getting “behind the numbers” in identification and implementation of appropriate economic stewardship
Delivering performance management information and insights (reporting, dashboards, metrics) to enable leaders to understand performance and take informed strategic and tactical business decisions
Driving Partner engagement and communications on performance and other Finance matters
Leading or contributing to various regional strategic initiatives as a senior finance leader and develop, in conjunction with senior partner colleagues, initiatives to strengthen the capabilities of the partnership in stewardship, risk and financial management, negotiation and engagement pricing
Partnering with global service lines (e.g., Accounting, Controllership, Commercial Arrangements, etc.) to ensure appropriate service levels and outcomes that serve the Office with a focus on continuous improvement
Driving efficiencies in working capital and engagement economics discipline
Contributing to global finance topics as appropriate
