Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in OEM and Alliance sales, with a senior management background.
- Strong knowledge of operating within a partner ecosystem and technology sales acumen.
- Proficiency in compute and storage technologies.
- Exceptional relationship management and interpersonal skills.
- Dynamic, entrepreneurial mindset with a creative approach to partnership development.
- Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, and MS Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with a focus on collaboration and servant leadership.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to build pipeline and drive growth through alliances and OEM partnerships.
- Manage relationships with existing OEMs and alliance partners, ensuring alignment on business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance joint value propositions and coordinate efforts across sales and marketing.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for partnership and growth within the ecosystem.
- Provide mentorship and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Execute regular opportunity reviews and forecasting to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
- Act as a servant leader, ensuring the team has the resources and support needed for success.
- Establish and monitor key performance metrics to track progress towards strategic goals and revenue growth.
