Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in IT, Computer Science, MIS, or related technical field
  • 8+ years managing IT engineering teams in a global enterprise environment
  • Strong comprehension of network engineering methodologies, principles, and tools
  • Strong attention to detail and effective customer relationship management skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical information clearly
  • Experience creating and driving strategies to implementation
  • Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills with a strong customer focus
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous or changing situations, maintaining effectiveness and adaptability
  • Results-driven and tenacious, adept at managing deadlines and navigating challenges

Responsibilities

  • Support and contribute thought leadership to the development and implementation of business practices that support the growth and ongoing management of our global IT footprint
  • Empower the team to research and recommend long-term solutions aligned with Enterprise Technology goals and plans
  • Recruit, direct, and develop a diverse team, maximizing their contributions, professional growth, and ability to cultivate a culture of high-performance, continuous improvement, and quality outcomes
  • Establish and optimize technology and processes in partnership in collaboration with key stakeholders across the global enterprise
  • Oversee technology ownership, encompassing forecasting, budgeting, contract negotiations, licensing, and vendor management, while innovatively managing budgets and ensuring business compliance to minimize operating costs
  • Display leadership outside of regular business hours by spearheading technology responses to major incidents or production outages. Serve as the primary point of contact for on-call staff and effectively communicate the impact and urgency of situations to senior leadership
  • Provide strategic direction and operational support for Network Services, including Networking, Voice, Security, and Cloud connectivity
  • Establish processes to maintain current and accurate inventory management of technology hardware, software, and related resources
  • Drive process and technology improvements to ensure the highest level of performance and availability and improve customer experience
  • Oversee the governance, management, and support of the IT and OT technologies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working for a company in either the semiconductor of manufacturing industry preferred not required
  • Experience leading acquisitions/divestitures
