Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in data science, marketing analytics, business strategy, or related disciplines
  • 5+ years managing complex technical projects in fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders
  • 1+ years of people management experience, with a strong track record of mentoring and developing talent
  • A degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or similar
  • Deep expertise in predictive modeling, machine learning, forecasting, and advanced analytics techniques
  • Hands-on experience building media mix models, including data integration, attribution modeling, and scenario planning
  • Proficiency in Python or R, and strong SQL skills
  • Familiarity with modern marketing stacks, including CRM, CDPs, marketing automation, and analytics platforms

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and deploy predictive models and machine learning solutions that power key marketing initiatives
  • Develop and maintain models that assess marketing spend effectiveness across channels and customer segments
  • Analyze large-scale customer datasets to uncover actionable insights
  • Create advanced segmentation models to inform targeting, retention, and cross-sell/upsell strategies
  • Operationalize models by embedding them into marketing workflows and tools
  • Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of experimentation, rigor, and business alignment
  • Act as a trusted advisor to partners in marketing, product, finance, and executive leadership

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with media pricing analytics and subscription-focused business models is preferred
