Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience leading and managing global IT Operations and Services organizations.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in IT as a manager or higher role.
- Prior experience in managing the annual budget for a department or organization.
- Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-organizational, complex enterprise programs or projects utilizing internal and vendor resources.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communications skills; comfortable presenting and communicating to large groups and across all levels of the organization in an effective, situationally appropriate, clear, and high-quality manner.
- Detail-oriented, problem solver with excellent organization skills and a data driven mindset.
- Strong working experience using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with waterfall and agile project management methodology.
- Self-motivated with strong initiative, ability to work in a dynamic work environment with self-learning abilities.
- Knowledge of current trends in Information Technology.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of strategic initiatives for the Senior IT leadership team.
- Establish partnerships and processes to improve Studio IT operations.
- Support Studio IT Services, Global Production, and PMO & Operations functions.
- Facilitate communication with stakeholders and senior management teams to ensure expectations are managed correctly.
- Draw on extensive experience to understand change implications from a broad technical perspective, adding a ‘big picture’ view to discussions.
- Identify, analyze, and prioritize current departmental skillsets against the future evolution of the company.
- Drive organizational development projects within the IT team and in collaboration with all partner teams.
- Manage IT financial forecast including OpEx, CapEx, and headcount.
- Collaborate with team leads to standardize processes and prepare comprehensive reports for quarterly IT business review meetings.
- Responsible for IT Procurement process and team.
- Responsible for contract lifecycle management and reporting.
- Present proposals, progress reports, and recommendations to the highest levels in the organization, both verbally and in writing.
- Manage day-to-day department tasks and issues.
- Develop and drive culture initiatives at an organizational level.
- Manage sensitive cross-team engagements on subjects such as dependency alignment, schedule alignment, and managing expectations with internal and external customers.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with vendor and contract management processes
- Program management certification
- Experience with various database and data analytics tools and technologies
- Experience with the Atlassian suite of tools like Jira and Confluence for task tracking, dashboarding and collaboration
