Requirements

  • High School Degree Required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of management experience in a call center or retail environment.
  • Knowledge of Fair Debt Collection Practices Act is a plus.
  • Required to work a flexible schedule including some evenings and Saturdays.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and leading multiple teams to achieve department objectives within the Loss Mitigation group.
  • Assessing monthly performance, quality of work, process management, providing feedback, and goal setting.
  • Possesses general understanding of Loss Mitigation processes including vendor management, repossession, impound process optimization and legal strategy.
  • Provides daily goals and strategy to their teams that will maximize long-term success.
  • Monitors and reviews the process and work of each team to ensure it is effective, within policy and procedure.
  • Administers continuous training and coaching to ensure quality customer service.
  • Identifies and recommends methods to improve processes and business operations.
  • Provides proactive leadership to the team to achieve maximum performance and continued individual development and succession planning across the department.
