Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant work experience (consulting, corporate strategy, corporate development)
- 2+ years of experience leading and developing colleagues
- 3+ years of experience in business case development, building strategic roadmaps and/or bringing technology solutions to life
- Travel – Ability to travel up to 10% of time, on an as needed basis
Responsibilities
- Develop strategic plans that align with the company’s goals to drive sustainable growth within the Immunizations portfolio
- Analyze market trends, customer and colleague feedback to identify opportunities
- Develop short and long term roadmaps that enable the organization to deliver on its strategic priorities
- Develop strategic perspectives on new and existing capabilities
- Develop pilots/tests to determine effectiveness of tactics and make recommendations for the future roadmaps in the portfolio

- Ability to influence partners and leaders without direct authority
