Requirements

  • Proven HR technology leadership experience in a role of similar scope and responsibility with a focus on Workday Advanced Compensation, Benefits and Absence
  • 8+ years hands on Global HRIS experience (management or analyst), with a strong focus on Workday
  • 4+ years of effective people leadership and management experience in a virtual environment
  • Operate with high integrity and professionalism handling confidential employee data
  • Strong ability to map different business models and objectives into software solutions
  • Strong change management ability and experience
  • Motivate team to achieve desired business objectives
  • Negotiating and Influencing skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Jira, ServiceNow, and Monday.com
  • Strong ability to learn new technologies, dive into challenges and provide direction to Workday team
  • Excellent teamwork skills, flexibility, and ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Ability to adhere to deadlines and work within a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence a wide variety of audiences including internal technical and business clients and Finance functions
  • Strong data analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing a team to maintain Workday Advanced Compensation, Benefits and Absence
  • Identify & support HR initiatives to improve employee experiences and business processes for Take-Two
  • Collaborate with HR leadership and business stakeholders to translate business needs into requirements, gap analysis, and impact assessment. Research and recommend effective solutions and business processes
  • Apply HR systems expertise & best practices to design, implement, and optimize impactful HR solutions
  • Influence technical solutions by leveraging and maximizing current and future technology investments
  • Work with the business stakeholders, internal procurement, and vendors to determine additional Workday and emerging technologies in Workday Advanced Compensation, Benefits and Absence
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve strategic objectives
  • Share the knowledge gained on product innovation with HR Technology team members and the relevant business stakeholders
  • Develop trusted and strategic relationships with the business stakeholders and the Digital Technology teams
  • Lead the development and execution of a strategic technology roadmap for Workday Advanced Compensation, Benefits and Absence
