Requirements
- Proven HR technology leadership experience in a role of similar scope and responsibility with a focus on Workday Advanced Compensation, Benefits and Absence
- 8+ years hands on Global HRIS experience (management or analyst), with a strong focus on Workday
- 4+ years of effective people leadership and management experience in a virtual environment
- Operate with high integrity and professionalism handling confidential employee data
- Strong ability to map different business models and objectives into software solutions
- Strong change management ability and experience
- Motivate team to achieve desired business objectives
- Negotiating and Influencing skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Jira, ServiceNow, and Monday.com
- Strong ability to learn new technologies, dive into challenges and provide direction to Workday team
- Excellent teamwork skills, flexibility, and ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks
- Ability to adhere to deadlines and work within a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence a wide variety of audiences including internal technical and business clients and Finance functions
- Strong data analytical and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing a team to maintain Workday Advanced Compensation, Benefits and Absence
- Identify & support HR initiatives to improve employee experiences and business processes for Take-Two
- Collaborate with HR leadership and business stakeholders to translate business needs into requirements, gap analysis, and impact assessment. Research and recommend effective solutions and business processes
- Apply HR systems expertise & best practices to design, implement, and optimize impactful HR solutions
- Influence technical solutions by leveraging and maximizing current and future technology investments
- Work with the business stakeholders, internal procurement, and vendors to determine additional Workday and emerging technologies in Workday Advanced Compensation, Benefits and Absence
- Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve strategic objectives
- Share the knowledge gained on product innovation with HR Technology team members and the relevant business stakeholders
- Develop trusted and strategic relationships with the business stakeholders and the Digital Technology teams
- Lead the development and execution of a strategic technology roadmap for Workday Advanced Compensation, Benefits and Absence
