Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in GTM analytics, business operations, strategic finance, or consulting, ideally in a B2B SaaS or fintech environment
- Track record of influencing executive stakeholders through data-driven insights and strategic thinking
- Advanced analytical toolkit: strong SQL and Excel skills; experience with BI tools
- Deep understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, CAC, CLTV, funnel conversion, churn, etc.) and how they inform strategic decisions
- Highly self-directed and proactive; thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Strong business judgment with the ability to connect the dots between quantitative data and business outcomes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a gift for simplifying complex ideas for diverse audiences
Responsibilities
- Act as a thought partner to senior GTM leaders, owning analytical workstreams that inform our most critical revenue-driving decisions ranging from sales strategy and pipeline forecasting to segmentation, pricing, and campaign effectiveness.
- Own end-to-end analysis of sales performance, marketing impact, customer acquisition and retention, and operational efficiency. Provide forward-looking insights to GTM and executive stakeholders.
- Build and maintain scalable models for forecasting, territory planning, pipeline health, conversion funnel diagnostics, and headcount/resource allocation.
- Work closely with senior leaders in Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to shape strategy using data-driven insights. Act as a trusted advisor in executive forums and strategic planning sessions.
- Identify gaps in our data and analytics infrastructure and lead initiatives to enhance our measurement, reporting, and automation capabilities.
- Develop compelling narratives and visualizations to support MBRs, Board-level insights, and strategic planning processes.
