Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in go-to-market strategy, product positioning, communications, or customer engagement roles
- Proven ability to develop strategic messaging frameworks for technical or platform products
- Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills; ability to tailor messaging for diverse technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong project management skills and ability to independently drive initiatives forward
- Experience working closely with product, engineering, and regional business teams
Responsibilities
- Define and continuously refine Arene’s value propositions for different stakeholder groups (engineering, regional subsidiaries, Toyota executives, external partners)
- Develop clear, audience-specific messaging and positioning for new product capabilities, tools, and services
- Support go-to-market planning for new features and platform updates, including internal communications, stakeholder alignment, and launch readiness
- Create and maintain core messaging assets (e.g., playbooks, slide decks, battlecards, feature briefs) to support stakeholder understanding and field enablement
- Partner closely with product, engineering, regional, and business teams to ensure unified messaging across channels and initiatives
- Track feature adoption, feedback, and competitive insights to inform communication strategies and adjust positioning as needed
- Help craft executive presentations and strategic communications that advance Arene’s positioning within Toyota and the broader ecosystem
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with mobility platforms, developer tools, cloud technologies, or enterprise software solutions
- Familiarity with software-defined vehicle (SDV) concepts or automotive technology landscapes
- Experience working with or supporting global teams in complex organizational environments
- Ability to simplify and structure complex information into high-impact narratives for internal and external stakeholders
